Warranty

1. Limited Warranty

All products manufactured and sold under the SourceRabbit trademark are covered by a limited warranty of proper operation for a period of two (2) years (24 months), unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific product.

This limited warranty is valid from the date of the original invoice or receipt issued for the product.

The customer is responsible for retaining the original invoice or receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in denial of warranty service.

This warranty applies to hardware products and covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, software products are provided under their respective license terms and are not subject to hardware warranty coverage.

2. Scope of Coverage

Under this warranty, SourceRabbit may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the defective product, or

• Replace the defective product or component.

Replacement of a product or component does not extend or renew the original warranty period.

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

3. Return & Warranty Evaluation Procedure

In order for a product to be evaluated under warranty:

1. The customer must first contact SourceRabbit and obtain return authorization.

2. If physical inspection is required, the product must be returned to SourceRabbit at the customer’s sole cost, responsibility and transport risk.

3. The product must be properly packaged to prevent transport damage.

Warranty evaluation, repair or replacement will only take place after the returned product has been received and inspected by SourceRabbit.

SourceRabbit is not obligated to provide advance replacement, temporary replacement, or compensation prior to inspection.

If the product is found not to be covered under warranty, the customer shall bear all related shipping, handling and diagnostic costs.

Shipping, transportation, customs duties or any related logistics expenses are not covered under this warranty and remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply in any of the following cases:

• Improper installation, misuse, incorrect configuration or unauthorized modification.

• Use outside the product’s intended specifications.

• Errors caused by incorrect firmware flashing, unauthorized firmware modification, or control parameter changes.

• Errors resulting from incorrect G-code, CAM output, programming or processing parameters.

• Integration with third-party hardware, software or accessories not approved by SourceRabbit.

• Damage caused by external factors including but not limited to:

  • overvoltage or unstable power supply,

  • lightning,

  • earthquake,

  • fire,

  • excessive humidity,

  • extreme temperatures,

  • corrosion,

  • environmental contamination.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Improper or insufficient maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SourceRabbit shall not be liable for:

• Loss of production time,

• Loss of business,

• Loss of profits,

• Loss of data,

• Damage to materials, workpieces or raw materials,

• Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages,

• Any loss arising from temporary or permanent non-operation of the product.

SourceRabbit’s total liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of defective hardware components as determined by SourceRabbit.

6. Statutory Rights

This limited warranty does not affect any mandatory statutory rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.
