Whatever materials you need to work with, whatever CAD program you use, VM-1 can do it with precision as its entire frame is made from steel supported by heavy-duty aluminum profiles.
Every part of its structure has been processed with a precision cnc mill or surface grinder in order to achieve ±0.003mm. The thick Z-Αxis column is exactly 90° with its table, something we always find in quality machinery.
The machine has a travel of 300x200x200mm, all axes run on hardened 15mm linear rails which are placed in precision slots, ensuring absolute verticality of the axes and rapid feed of 5000mm/min, while there is a precise waterproof limit switch on each axis connected to a optocoupler circuit to eliminate any external electromagnetic interference.
