RETURNS, REFUNDS AND DIGITAL PRODUCTS POLICY

This policy governs returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from SourceRabbit.
1. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (HARDWARE)
1.1 Defective Products
If a physical product is proven to be defective, you must contact us through our official contact form and provide:
- A description of the issue
- Photographs or relevant documentation
- Order details
Upon receipt and evaluation of the returned product, we will notify you by email whether your claim has been approved.
If approved, we may:
- Replace the product, or
- Issue a refund for the purchase price
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for safe packaging and shipment of returned goods.
1.2 Non-Defective Returns (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical goods within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.
Returned goods must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (SOFTWARE)
This section applies to digital products, including but not limited to:
- Focus
- RabbitCAM
- Other downloadable or electronically delivered software licenses
2.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the purchase of digital content.
However, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU:
The right of withdrawal does not apply once:
- The digital content has been supplied, and
- Performance has begun with your prior express consent, and
- You have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
By activating a software license or downloading digital content after purchase, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
2.2 No Refund After Activation
Due to the nature of digital licenses and hardware-bound activation systems:
No refunds will be granted after successful activation of a software license, except where required by mandatory applicable law.
Activation constitutes full performance of the digital license agreement.
2.3 Refund Requests Before Activation
If a software license has not been activated, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
Refund requests must include:
- Order details
- Confirmation that the license has not been activated
If approved, the license will be permanently revoked.
2.4 Defective Digital Products
If a digital product is proven to be technically defective and not in conformity with its description under applicable law, you may be entitled to:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Proportionate price reduction
- Contract termination
as required under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Technical issues resulting from:
- Incompatible hardware
- Unsupported firmware
- Incorrect installation
- Misconfiguration
do not constitute product defects.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
Physical product orders are subject to availability.
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on production schedules and shipping destination.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import charges unless otherwise stated.
